Hayward PoolVac V-Flex Assembly – Shell and Skirt – PV V-Flex

Hayward PoolVac V-Flex shell and skirt assembly – PV V-Flex is a replacement part that was made by Hayward from the same high-quality materials used to manufacture the original Factory part making this a genuine OEM product.

The skirt assembly is the main protective unit for a lot of different parts that all work together to create the turning power for this suction cleaner. The parts that are housed in this unit are the cone gear, intermediate gear, intermediate gear shaft, spindle gear screw, cone spindle gear, spindle gear bushing, and finally the cone gear bushing. This body also acts as a protective cover for these parts ensuring no outside influence can disrupt them or wear on them as the suction cleaner operates.

This part is white with blue trim that runs along the bottom side to match the color scheme of the PoolVac V-Flex. It has mounting points and inlets along the top side for the other body covers to snap themselves into place. Also, it has an opening in its center in which the dirt and debris travel up and out through the cleaner and into the pool’s filtration system via the cleaner’s hose assembly.
