The hose connects to the cleaner and other hoses, allowing it to operate while transferring the dirt and debris it lifts off the pool surface and pushes into your filtration system.

These hoses are white and made from a strong durable plastic PVC combination of materials. Again, this is a pack of 10 leader hoses so if you are looking to replace the full hose set these will not be the replacement parts you are looking for.
