Polaris Vac-Sweep 165 / 65 and Turbo Turtle Piston Assembly (6-411-00)

The piston assembly is a replacement part made by Polaris. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

This piston uses high-pressure water from the return line or skimmer (depending on the pool). The piston pumps water through the 4 hoses connected to the center chamber which helps the head unit move around the top of the water while also pumping water to the sweep hose which cleans the bottom surface of the pools.

The part itself is white with black rings that cover the top end of the piston. It is housed in the head unit which floats atop the water, this makes it easy to identify when trying to locate it. There are a few parts of the mechanism that need to be removed first in order to expose it but this can be easily done with a smaller Phillips head screwdriver and a few minutes of time.
